WILDEMANS is a specialised farm company located in the village of Isnäs, in the municipality of Pernaja, in South-Eastern Finland. We cultivate organic apples that we press into a wholesome juice in our own juicing station. There are 800 apple trees on our farm. We only grow organic produce.

We also produce organic sweets on the farm, in an old outhouse and the hall that is now under construction. Our sweets are so-called hard-boiled candy, that closely resembles old-fashioned hard candy. All our raw materials and aromas are organicaly farmed and ecologically produced. We only use the best raw materials. The organic sugar we use is KRAV-certified. The shorter distance the raw material travels, the better it fulfills the requirements of organic farming.

Our farm has a long history. The first inhabitants settled down in the 14th century. We strive to maintain and repair the old buildings, and we build new ones respecting the spritit of this special place. There is an old windmill on the farm grounds, that delights both locals and bypassers. The windmill was built in 1896.

The host of the farm, Vesa Aitokari, is a former harbour crane operator, truck driver and musician, who can finally fullfil himself in the varied tasks on the the farm. It is still sometimes possible to catch him performing as a troubadour...

The hostess, Mia Aitokari also works outside the farm as a freelance-cantor in the Pernaja parish and as a music teacher. She's an expert on mushrooms and is active as the chairwoman of the Isnäs village committee.

The children, Vincent (b. -97), Selma (b.-99) and Adrian (b. -04) take care of our pets, the dogs Arvo and Kaapo, the cat Urpo and the rabbit Unto.
